YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing comprehensive care to patients with pulmonary conditions on a dedicated pneumology ward
* Active involvement in establishing and managing a 10-bed weaning unit
* Participation in on-call duties and interdisciplinary teamwork
YOUR PROFILE
* Medical degree with German medical licensure (Approbation)
* At the beginning or in the course of specialist training in Pulmonology
* Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) in both spoken and written form
* Ideally, around 1.5 years of clinical experience
* Strong commitment and initiative in organizing daily clinical workflows
* Willingness to contribute actively to the development of the hospital and collaborate across disciplines
* Empathetic and professional communication with patients, their families, and colleagues
