For the Communication and Information Center (kiz) Media Department we are looking for a
Specialist planner for media technology (m/f/d)
With around 140 employees, kiz is the second largest central institution at Ulm University and provides services in the areas of library, information technology and media for research, teaching, studies and administration.
The Media Department is responsible for the planning and operation of media technology equipment in all lecture halls, as well as the rental of multimedia equipment. Advice and support in the conception, design and realization of print and multimedia products are also part of the portfolio.
You can expect an exciting and varied position with independent tasks in the university sector.

Your profile:
 * University degree (Bachelor or FH diploma) in media technology, media informatics or comparable
 * Very good knowledge in the field of media technology (audio, video, control and network technology)
 * Knowledge of the various HOAI service phases is desirable
 * Knowledge of public procurement and contract law (e.g. VOB, VOL) is desirable
 * Professional experience in planning and construction management is desirable
 * Negotiating skills, assertiveness and organizational skills
 * Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and team spirit
Your tasks:
 * Developing concepts for the further development of the campus-wide media infrastructure
 * Evaluation of media technology solutions, taking into account financial, technical and human resources
 * Project management and control (project planning, planning, tendering, communication control and coordination of various trades)
 * Operation and monitoring (supervision of all media technology, creation of schedules, planning, implementation and documentation of proactive maintenance work)
