We are looking for a Senior Sales Expert and Key Account Manager for Certification Services to join our vibrant team. In the role, you will help maintain DNV’s reputation as a trusted partner to our customers. You will grow DNV’s business in Germany by identifying and developing opportunities for new business and keeping track of existing contract portfolios. Taking advantage of your strong network of potential DNV customers, you will develop, position and drive convincing value propositions. The role can be carried out remotely – we trust you to organize your day in order to reach your targets. What you will be doing: Managing our growing portfolio of customers in the Management System Certification Managing and caring for existing accounts and actively approaching potential customers (business meetings) Identifying market opportunities Identifying possible customers’ needs Preparation of price offers, which includes working in our information system Communicating final terms and conditions, preparing contracts Achieving business goals according to the personal sales plan Cooperating with other departments within DNV, such as Operations and Marketing. You will be a part of our sales team and will positively contribute to team-building process, by working together to commit to our unit’s targets. Qualifications To be successful in this position, we ask that you have the following: Ideally 5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in a comparable position in certification services or consulting Market knowledge and strong business connections in Germany Proactive self-starter personality and team player attitude Fluency in German and advanced level of English Sales drive, to benefit from our attractive Sales Incentive Scheme Please note that we cannot proceed to the interview stage without the following documents: Curriculum Vitae (CV).
