This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving brand growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and strengthening the presence of key products across multiple channels. Your responsibility as a Senior Brand Manager will include: Leading brand strategy and 360° marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and eCommerce. Using consumer insights and market analysis to inform product positioning and launches. Owning the end-to-end business value chain Collaborating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure successful execution. Monitoring performance through KPIs and optimising campaigns for growth. Driving innovation and new product development to strengthen the brand pipeline. To be successful as a Senior Brand Manager you will have: Degree-level education in Business, Marketing or related field. Strong track record of OTC or Consumer Healthcare brand management. Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital, and eCommerce. Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. A results-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for brand growth. Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
