As an ITS Audiovisual Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to knowledge expert for Amazon's global corporate employees, providing seamless end-to-end in-person services and frictionless on-site technical support. You'll be responsible for the total quality management of our audiovisual and video conferencing systems deployed across our offices, conference rooms, and event spaces, ensuring uninterrupted productivity.
