Facility Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Facility Coordinator to support daily building operations, HSE activities, and technical facility management within an international, future-oriented organisation.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, structured, and comfortable coordinating people, systems, and service providers.
Your Mission
* Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations in line with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Support HSE activities, including fire prevention, emergency management, and evacuation tests
* Coordinate technical systems, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions
* Supervise on-site service providers and external contractors
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and asset performance
* Support building security procedures and participate in security audits
* Assist with low-carbon initiatives such as energy monitoring and photovoltaic systems
Your Skills & Qualifications
* Technical or commercial training, or equivalent qualification
* Initial experience in facility management, HSE, building operations, or vendor management
* Solution-oriented, organised, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
* Confident using Office 365; experience with FM, maintenance, or ERP systems is a plus
* Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
