One of Optimus Search's best and most long-standing clients has just opened a new role to start in June 2025. Having been a global leader in the semiconductor industry for several years, they are now looking for a talented Java Developer to join their team in Böblingen.

The role:
* As Java Developer, you would work on open source projects and closed source Eclipse/Xtext based applications under Linux
* Work with date-of-the-art tools and development environments
* Work independently and as part of a small agile team, and as a large open source community
Required skills:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Strong hands-on experience in Java and ideally Eclipse SDK APIs
* Fluent English
* Willingness to familiarise yourself with Eclipse and Xtext
