Your responsibilities
* You manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
* You advise and collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and candidate selection.
* You actively source suitable candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
* You conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes.
* You ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* You document and maintain all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors).
Your profile
* You hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences) or a comparable qualification.
* You have proven experience in recruiting, ideally in tech or IT recruitment.
* You have strong communication skills, enjoy working with different stakeholders and are fluent in German and English.
* You have experience in active sourcing and working with an applicant tracking system, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
* You work in a structured and independent way and are able to manage several vacancies in parallel.
