Build and lead a new automotive software company serving the European OEM and mobility ecosystem.
Adrasti is launching a company focused on vehicle software platforms and digital automotive technologies and is seeking an experienced Part-Time CEO to guide the company through its early development phase.
This role will work closely with founders and investors to define the software platform strategy, recruit the founding engineering leadership team, and establish the commercial and operational structure of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Define the vision, strategy, and market positioning for the software company
* Identify opportunities within the vehicle software and mobility technology ecosystem
* Recruit and mentor founding software engineering and product leadership teams
* Establish the organizational structure and hiring roadmap
Industry Partnerships
* Build relationships with automotive OEMs, technology partners, and mobility companies
* Support development of the software ecosystem and technology partnerships
Company Development
* Guide the company from concept → validation → early commercialization
* Support investor discussions and strategic partnerships
