We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Germany on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
You take ownership of recruitment delivery across multiple business areas, applying strong recruitment expertise and a structured, hands-on approach. Working closely with local HR teams and hiring managers, you ensure recruitment processes are efficient, timely, and compliant. The role reports to the Senior HR Director and can be based in Hamburg or Sassnitz.
In support of local HR teams, devise, plan, assess, and run selection processes, including structured interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires, and group assessment activities
Actively manage and drive the recruitment of all vacancies within your assigned business areas, working to agreed SLAs in close partnership with the business and HR Business Partners
Support HR Business Partners in preparing and refining job profiles to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business needs
Write compelling job advertisements and advise local HR teams and hiring managers on the most effective sourcing channels and advertising strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective resourcing plans, recruitment processes, and talent initiatives
With the wider HR team, define the desired candidate experience and ensure it is consistently reflected throughout the entire recruitment journey, from first contact to onboarding
