Senior Relationship Manager
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Acquire new clients and drive business growth in key target segments, including entrepreneurial clients in Europe.
* Collaborate with Business Partners and Business Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
* Ensure accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
* Stay updated on financial market developments and ensure faithful execution of the bank's investment strategy.
Your skills:
* Relevant degree of financial education and certifications.
* A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance is considered an asset.
* Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek.
* Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong network of mortgage brokers would be a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Private Banking/Wealth Management products and services.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Display a strong client-centric and results-driven mindset.
* Possess a strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
