What you will do ✨ Design User Experiences : Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction. Own UI/UX Direction : Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver design solutions aligned with company goals. Own the Web Presence : Drive the design and optimization of Reonic’s website, crafting visually appealing, high-conversion pages that tell our brand story and attract new customers. Help at Building Design Systems : Contribute to the development of a robust design system to ensure consistency across the platform and website. Champion Brand Consistency : Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital assets. Research & Testing : Be a part of user research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions. What Makes You a Great Fit ✅ 2 Years Design Experience : You’ve designed user-focused digital products in fast-paced environments. Strong Portfolio : Your work shows clean, thoughtful interfaces that solve real problems. Tool Proficiency : Skilled in Figma, Storybook, and other modern design tools; basic CSS/HTML is a plus. Design Demeanor: You possess web-based platform design skills. Nice to have: Responsive web design skills. Team Collaboration : Comfortable working with engineers, product, and marketing to bring ideas to life and ensure designs are executed flawlessly. ⚡ Startup Experience (Preferred) : You thrive in dynamic settings and adapt quickly to change.
