We're looking for a Computer Vision Intern / Working Student to join our team. You'll work on a Computer Vision system that aggregates visual information from multiple live cameras and involves real-time human-computer interaction. You will work hands-on with our CV team on a state-of-the art edge supercomputer. You enjoy building things that work in the real world and thrive when you can take ownership of a project.
What You'll Do
* You’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art hardware
* Perform live-testing of a real-time Computer Vision system
* Fuse visual information from multiple camera streams
* Independently iterate on and improve the existing solution
* Provide structured and motivated feedback
What We're Looking For
Technical Experience
* Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master's program (or similar) in a relevant field
* Confident Python skills and knowledge of Linux systems
* Experience running Computer Vision models
* Experience with Event-Driven architectures
* Some experience with Computer Vision real-time systems is preferred
Collaboration & Working Style
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Strong command of English for communication and documentation
* The role requires on-site work in our Darmstadt office
