Your tasks
10. The job holder acts in accordance with the principles of safe working and also proactively demands these. The work steps and tasks are always carried out with the appropriate PPE. Anomalies, hazards, near misses and accidents are reported to the SiBe, supervisors and/or occupational safety and communicated within the team. We all actively contribute to improving safety in our working environment.
11. Coordinating and monitoring maintenance, servicing and conversion work on process systems, equipment and cleanrooms with the necessary interfaces, trades and external partners. Processing of these measures as Asset Responsible/Approver in the existing IT systems (e.g. SAP).
12. Maintaining the proper condition of the cleanroom. Coordination and supervision of cleaning work and monitoring activities to maintain the cleanroom status. Preparation of risk analyses for manual operations in cooperation with the necessary interfaces in the area of responsibility.
13. Continuous further development of the relevant systems, equipment, cleanrooms and work processes to maintain technical safety and ensure the implementation of new production processes and technologies.
14. Implementation of qualification and validation measures of the relevant systems, equipment and cleanrooms as coordinator or expert (e.g. preparation of change requests, P&I diagrams and system function descriptions, approval of plans and reports, etc.). reports etc.)
15. Processing of complex, cross-departmental or cross-functional projects in the role of a Subject Matter Expert, taking into account the requirements of the company (user representative). Assuming the role of User Team Lead.
16. Observing the requirements for occupational safety, environmental protection and hygiene. Assumption of responsibility for equipment/systems with regard to safety aspects (in particular approval activities for hazardous work) in accordance with internal lists of responsibilities.
Your profile
- Completed Master's degree in biotechnology or process engineering with professional experience
- Alternatively, completed Bachelor's degree in biotechnology or process engineering with
relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of English

- In-depth, conceptual knowledge in a specialized field as an expert or coach
