Your tasks
?
1. As a working student (d/m/f/x), you will actively support our Scrum Masters and Product Owners in agile day-to-day business.
2. You will be responsible for the professional preparation and follow-up of workshops, retrospectives and meetings and ensure the smooth organization of cross-team events and formats.
3. In addition, you will provide valuable support in project management and take responsibility for the implementation of smaller sub-projects.
4. With your creative flair, you will design appealing presentations and create interactive mural boards.
5. Your operational support of the manager and the entire team is crucial for an efficient day-to-day work.
Your profile?
6. You are an enrolled student (d/m/f/x) in business administration, human resources management, business psychology or a comparable course of study.
7. With a great interest in agile working and project management methods, you ideally already have your first points of contact with agile frameworks.
8. You enjoy organizing, communicating and working with different stakeholders, and you feel comfortable in a cross-team environment.
9. A structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile perfectly.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
