Your Role
As Sommelier, you are both the wine expert and an active member of the floor team.
You guide guests through our wine list with knowledge, passion, and sensitivity, creating thoughtful pairings that elevate the dining experience.
Beyond your wine expertise, you participate directly in service, working side by side with your colleagues to ensure fluid, generous, and elevated hospitality.
The start date is scheduled for mid-October.
Responsibilities
o Advise and guide guests confidently through the wine list and food pairings
o Participate actively in service : taking orders, following tables, serving both wine and food
o Manage and develop the wine cellar in collaboration with the restaurant team
o Train and support the floor team with wine knowledge and service standards
o Deliver service with fluidity, polish, and natural rhythm
o Read the room and anticipate guest needs before they are expressed
o Maintain a clean, well-organized station and respect hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
o Proven experience in a sommelier role, ideally in fine dining or high-end restaurants
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, a true team player, charismatic and emotionally intelligent
o Warm, calm, attentive both with guests and colleagues
o Deep passion for wine, curiosity for gastronomy, and eagerness to share knowledge
o Ability to balance precision and elegance with a natural, fluid style of service
o Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
o Solid knowledge of international wines, wine service techniques, and HACCP standards
