You combine process understanding with technical know‑how, create solid technical concepts, estimate efforts and guide the implementation through to a successful go‑live. In your advisory role, you lead workshops, challenge requirements from a functional perspective, derive clear use cases and test scenarios, and document all technical content in a clear and comprehensible way. You coordinate internal alignments, support testing phases and ensure a smooth transition into productive operation for all stakeholders.
