Introduction The main responsibility of the role is to serve as a process integration engineer, focusing on the development of advanced power semiconductor technologies, specifically BCD and BCDlite® power technologies. We are looking for engineers with fab experience in FEOL or BEOL process integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Your Job Develop and drive the advancement of next generation high performance power technologies, including BCDlite® and BCD at Fab 1, Dresden. Take ownership of developing and qualifying FEOL or BEOL process modules. Collaborate closely with device and process module engineers to achieve technology FOM (figure-of-merit) performance targets, reliability and manufacturability. Work closely with colleagues at our sister fabs in the USA and Asia to develop and match technology performance between sites and differing fab tool sets. Interface with internal and external foundry customers. Meet the development timeline and transfer the process to the production team once the qualification has been completed.
