In the Sales Capability Team, our vision is to inspire and enable our commercial people to be the best respected and recognized as category trade partners for joint value creation.
We are a support function towards the Sales, Category and NRM teams in 42 countries, seeking to recruit a new Insights & Reporting Specialist into our team to drive this exciting agenda.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* As an Insights & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d), you will design and develop KPI dashboards that integrate internal and external data sources to support Sales, Category and NRM teams with meaningful insights.
* You will work closely with local markets to strengthen reporting capabilities, identify country-specific data needs and deliver tailored dashboard solutions.
* In addition, you will collaborate with international teams such as IT, Marketing Excellence and Controlling to ensure consistent data structures and aligned reporting standards.
* Regular exchanges and visits with country teams are part of your role, helping to track progress, gather feedback and drive stakeholder engagement.
* You will support the business implementation of SAP Datasphere, offering strategic input, technical support and promoting innovation and best practices.
* Together with the Business Architecture team in IT, you will align on project governance, share local requirements and contribute to scalable, future-ready reporting solutions.
* You will ensure structured documentation of KPIs and dashboards across maturity levels, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting through AI and advanced analytics.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Bring solid FMCG experience from roles such as sales, business/NRM analyst, data scientist or similar and hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (or have comparable years of professional experience).
* You have hands-on experience with sales systems and data tools, confidently process and link data, and create impactful reports using Power BI. You are proficient in Excel and experienced with BW Analysis and MS SQL.
* Alongside strong numerical and analytical skills, you collaborate effectively with commercial teams such as Sales, Category or NRM.
* Moreover, you work independently, stay focused under pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* You are a clear and confident communicator, skilled at managing stakeholder expectations and listening actively.
* In addition, you take initiative, are highly reliable and detail-oriented, and bring a solution-focused mindset.
* You show strong cultural awareness, are open to travel, and build lasting relationships across diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus.
