As (Senior) Strategy & Business Development Manager, Real Estate, you shape the strategic direction and commercial success of our real estate segment. You identify growth opportunities, develop scalable business models, and translate strategy into concrete initiatives together with Product, Marketing, Sales, and senior stakeholders. With strong analytical skills and commercial ownership, you help drive sustainable growth in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Real Estate Business Development Lead.
What You’ll Do
* Segment Strategy and Vision: Develop the segment strategy and long-term vision in alignment with corporate goals, and drive innovation to leverage new market opportunities.
* Commercial Ownership: Own the commercial performance of the segment, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the development of compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Driving Growth Initiatives: Drive growth initiatives by implementing go-to-market strategies and revenue-focused action plans in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Leadership.
* Business Opportunity Assessment: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by assessing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and lead programs and rollouts to validate their impact.
* Business Models and Pricing: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and evolve business models and pricing strategies that support sustainable growth and strong market positioning.
* Market & Competition Monitoring: Observe ongoing market trends and continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify risks and gaps, and to maintain a strong market position.
* Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and strengthen the segment’s market presence.
Who You Are
* You bring 6+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or strategic project management, ideally within digital real estate, marketplace, or platform businesses.
* You have a strong strategic and analytical mindset, with a proven track record of developing growth strategies, validating business models, and building data-driven business cases, including robust financial modeling and ROI analysis.
* You are experienced in managing and negotiating partnerships and collaborating effectively in cross-functional, agile environments.
* You communicate clearly and concisely, and you are confident preparing and presenting decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
* You are fluent in English and have a high level of proficiency in German, both written and verbal.
