Join our client as an integrated member of the marketing function. You will work in close partnership with Senior Marketing Lead, Germany and CEE to support the development and execution of strategic, insight-led local marketing plans that drive business growth and strengthen Airbnb’s brand in the market. You will help identify local opportunities, activate integrated campaigns, manage agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, media, product, business development and performance marketing. The role also involves adapting and localizing global initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and impact. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for Germany, aligned with global strategy and local business priorities. Partner with the Senior Marketing Lead to identify local opportunities and deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand relevance. Manage agency relationships, including briefing, timelines, contracts, budgets, and end-to-end delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. PR, media, social, product marketing, performance marketing) to activate campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Adapt and localize global marketing initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and local resonance. Track campaign performance and support reporting, optimization, and knowledge sharing. Ensure all marketing activity reflects brand values and delivers against business and brand KPIs in the German market. Your profile 8 years in a marketing role, preferably with experience at a fast paced startup or technology company Deep understanding of the German market, with proven experience activating local consumer insights through impactful marketing initiatives Creative and analytical thinker with proven ability to champion world class creative marketing programs that deliver results An integrated marketing mindset with experience in amplifying campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels Experience in co-marketing activations and sponsorships is a strong plus Solid business acumen to understand key business and consumer levers that unlock growth Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal teams Willingness to regularly travel internationally and nationally Record of success in measurement of ROI, and accountability for results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy and idea clearly and succinctly The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
