Job Description
As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will be involved in a wide range of domestic and international transactions, working closely with partners and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising clients on banking, finance and structured finance transactions
* Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security packages and related finance documentation
* Advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance and intra-group financing
* Supporting clients on regulatory and transactional aspects
* Coordinating with other practice groups and external stakeholders
* Managing files with increasing autonomy
Candidate Profile
* Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV – mandatory)
* Experience in Banking & Finance, ideally gained within a Luxembourg law firm
* Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of financing structures
* Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team environment
* Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
* Rigorous, proactive and client-oriented
