We are representing a leading manufacturing company (the employer's name remains confidential until a non-disclosure agreement is signed) in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will function as a subject matter expert, handling escalated inquiries from associates or managers/supervisors. Their responsibilities include guaranteeing associates have access to necessary support and ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant country requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, career development, etc. that align with and support the business strategy. Effectively guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations and conflict. Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures. Ask critical questions in order to evaluate situation and provide guidance. Maintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations. Effectively and efficiently navigate through complex global organizations to resolve issues. Provide relevant updates and/or concerns regarding service delivery model for selected countries. Oversee policy & compliance. Support the implementation of global HR strategies. Handle escalated self-service transactions. Development of personnel policy initiatives based on corporate goals in intensive cooperation with the managers of stakeholder departments. What you bring: 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Specialist. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business & Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from a recognized University of Applied Sciences is preferred. Experience in HR Shared Services Operations, HR Business partnering, or HR Service Delivery is preferred. In depth experience of dealing with works councils in Germany. Fluent verbal and written German. Excellent verbal and written English. Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
