What the role is about
Your job? Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.
You will:
* Handle calls, emails and messages from Danish-speaking customers
* Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
* Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
* Recommend products or services based on customer needs
* Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
Requirements
You bring:
* Fluency in Danish + good English skills
* A calm, solution-oriented mindset
* Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!)
* Strong communication and multitasking abilities
* A positive attitude and readiness for life in a new country
