Your tasks Lead and build the global GPO (Global Process Organization), while defining governance for a “OneVoith” Process House. Drive global process harmonization, standardization and implementation across regions and functions. Collaborate with global process owners to integrate processes and implement digital, state-of-the-art solutions for driving process visibility, acceptance, performance measurability (KPIs) and compliance. Work closely together with the lead of the global BCC GBS (Best Cost Country Global Business Service) Hub and support the shift of activities to our best cost country hub in Eastern Europe or India. Some travel to the regions will be required to support the colleagues on the ground. Report directly to the Group CFO (Corporate Board of Management) with regular updates on progress and challenges. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT or a related field. 10+ years of experience in consulting, process management or similar experience in a multinational company. Experience in harmonizing processes and setting up end-to-end performance organizations in a global context is a strong plus. Strong leadership and project management skills accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
