* Manage onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding of staff
* Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments
* Ensure respect of payroll calendar and processes
* Coordinate with external providers
* Manage employees' questions and requests
* Administer and manage HR documents
* Gather staff information and maintain up-to-date employer databases
Responsibilities
* Produce reports and analyze data
* Monitor compliance with collective agreement obligations if applicable
* Manage tax cards
* Check payroll output documents
* Manage salary bank account with finance department
