About the Team The Workday Success Plans Team supports customers throughout their entire journey with Workday, helping them unlock the full power of our platform and achieve greater independence. Our consultants design and develop support teams, processes, and governance models that enable customers to succeed. About the Role As a trusted Workday Support Model Consultant, you will provide strategic advisory consulting services, targeted micro‑consulting engagements, and facilitate group discussions. You will assist customers at all stages of their lifecycle—deployment, expansion, or growth through acquisition and mergers—by delivering tailored recommendations and shaping long‑term success plans. Additional Responsibilities Contribute to thought leadership and advancement of content. Deliver excellent customer service consistently. Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timelines, and scope. Ensure customers are aware of related Workday Success Plan offerings. Participate in training and events that share knowledge across the consulting team. Keep current with industry practices such as agile methodology, product models, and automation. About You The ideal candidate possesses a broad and deep understanding of managing Workday from a customer’s perspective, including roles, governance, intake, change control, stakeholder engagement, and planning. You have experience guiding decision‑making and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Basic Qualifications (Must Haves) 8+ years leading support and post‑production governance programs for HR or Financials technology or related customer engagement experience. Other Qualifications Experience as a Workday user or consultant. Functional expertise in HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Innovative problem‑solver who identifies issues quickly and drives effective resolution. Collaborative skill to work across teams, overcome resistance, and navigate complex organizations. Knowledge of SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile) and software testing concepts. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Our Approach to Flexible Work We combine in‑person and remote work.
