Responsible for supporting operations colleagues in managing the contracts and invoicing aspects of the overall process
Keep track of service requests pending using SAP CRM
Support the team during peak times by calling/emailing partners yourself in German and English
Coordinating feedback with SAP internal stakeholders and assisting in reports to management
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Profound knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English and German
Positive team spirit and ability to work in a virtual and global team; Excellent team player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis; Knowledge of SAP systems is desirable, but not a limiting factor;
Willingness to learn product specific details on key SAP products from a business management perspective
