As a Technical ServiceNow Administrator/Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing our ServiceNow environment—ensuring a secure, stable, and efficient platform that supports our organization's digital service delivery.
The following tasks await you:
Platform Operations & Maintenance: You ensure the stable and secure operation of the ServiceNow platform through regular system checks, performance monitoring, patching, and upgrades. You safeguard compliance with security, performance, and availability standards.
Implementation & Configuration: You implement and configure new ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM) and integrations with third-party systems. You design efficient workflows, optimize performance, and ensure reliable data exchange using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
Development & Automation: You design and develop ServiceNow components, workflows, and automations to enhance usability and operational efficiency—always in line with platform best practices and governance standards.
Incident, Problem & Change Management: You handle 2nd-level support for ServiceNow-related incidents and problems, perform root cause analyses, manage change requests, and support release processes to ensure continuous improvement of platform operations.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align ServiceNow capabilities with business requirements and contribute to a culture of stability, service quality, and innovation.
Anforderungen
In order to be prepared for your path as a Technical ServiceNow Administrator/Solution Consultant, you bring the following qualifications:
Degree in in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and bring at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration within enterprise IT environments.
Passion for building, maintaining, and evolving enterprise service platforms, with a strong focus on ServiceNow operations, ITSM processes, and platform governance. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are mandatory; ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow developing skills are a plus.
Expertise in ServiceNow Administration, ITSM and CSM modules, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB, JavaScript, and platform upgrades, as well as experience performing health checks and troubleshooting within complex enterprise environments.
Your way of working is structured, reliable, and proactive, characterized by analytical thinking, service orientation, and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and act as a trusted partner for both technical and business stakeholders.
