Role Description
As a Financial Advisor, you will assist our clients in planning their financial future. Your tasks will include analyzing individual client needs, creating tailored financial plans, and providing continuous support to adapt to changing life situations. This full-time position is hybrid, based in one of our offices across Germany or, if preferred, largely from home.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge in financial planning, pension planning, and investments
* Basic understanding of finance
* Experience in wealth management
* Analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and excellent communication skills
* Degree in finance or a comparable qualification

Team Leader
Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team of financial advisors
* Guiding and supporting team members in developing client relationships and financial strategies
* Monitoring team performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies
* Conducting regular training to enhance team skills and knowledge
* Promoting a positive and cooperative team environment
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in a leadership position in the financial services industry
* Strong understanding of financial planning and investment strategies
* Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to motivate team members to achieve high performance
* Certifications (e.G., CFP, CFA) are a plus
