What you can expect
You will be responsible for independently processing and supporting the further development and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics strategy in Europe.
You will organise and be responsible for the implementation of appointments, events and training sessions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics.
You will be responsible for independently creating and supporting the creation of presentations on Microsoft Dynamics processes and strategies.
You will work proactively with interfaces in the specialist area, in particular IT and specialist departments that use Microsoft Dynamics.
You will work independently and support the development and expansion of processes in the area of Microsoft Dynamics implementation and optimisation.
You will be responsible for the organisation and content of reports on Microsoft Dynamics key figures.
You will be responsible for independently creating, analysing and using key figures and statistics for various internal target groups in the Microsoft Dynamics area.
You will independently develop suitable action plans as well as the follow-up, validation and review of proposed measures in the area of Microsoft Dynamics.
You are a key user for various IT applications, processes, tools, reports and/or knowledge management (e.g. SharePoint) in the Microsoft Dynamics area.
You are closely networked and work together with other key users in your own area and neighbouring areas.
What makes you stand out You have a degree in business, IT or a comparable subject.
You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the areas of strategy, implementation, optimisation and quality assurance.
You have good knowledge of relevant systems and processes in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and have experience with tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, CRM reporting and process modelling.
You have advanced knowledge of presentation, moderation and communication techniques.
You have experience with data analysis tools and the creation of complex data models.
You have experience in managing and controlling cross-departmental projects.
You work in an analytical and structured manner and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
You work independently, show initiative and have a good command of German and English.
