Program Manager – Knowledge Management (m/f/d)

This role acts as the operational backbone of the Knowledge Management (KM) function, supporting the Global Director of Knowledge Management in delivering Simon-Kucher’s KM transformation program.
It combines Chief of Staff and PMO responsibilities — driving structure, coordination, and execution across multiple KM and AI-related initiatives.

How you will create an impact:
PMO & Program Coordination
9. You plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives under the KM 2.0 strategy.
10. You maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports, and track progress, risks, and dependencies.
11. You support prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management across different workstreams.
12. You prepare Steering Committee updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
Operational Support
13. You act as the right hand to the Global Director KM, helping structure priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
14. You prepare and follow up on meetings, including agendas, inputs, decks, and action tracking.
15. You coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data & AI, IT, Learning & Development, Internal Communications) to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
16. You support annual planning and goal-setting activities for the KM function.
Initiative & Operations Ownership
17. You drive selected Knowledge Management initiatives, such as AI chatbot rollouts, gamification expansion, or content migration.
18. You coordinate cross-functional contributors and monitor delivery quality to ensure high standards.
19. You oversee operational aspects of KM systems, including internal knowledge platforms and SharePoint environments.
About you:
20. You hold a university degree and bring 3–6 years of experience in project management, consulting, or digital transformation programs, ideally with exposure to Knowledge Management.
21. You have strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
22. You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
23. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
24. You are agile, proactive, and enjoy working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
