Sensolus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region.

* Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy by fostering collaboration and growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
* Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, embracing Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun
* Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
* Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration to drive business growth.
* Generate leads together through co-hosting events and exhibitions, supporting in the field, and collaborating closely with partners.
- A minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account owner with a strong technical mindset.
- Fluency in English & German (mandatory) with other languages being a strong plus.
- Independent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationships with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in Ghent.
- Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus.
