JOB OPENING Title: Human Resources Supervisor Location: Sinsheim, Germany Start Date: 1 June 2026, Subject to change Job Type: Full-Time (hybrid)- Able to work in Sinsheim at least 2x a week SUMMARY French Consulting (FC) is a trusted, family-owned small business providing management consulting and support services to U.S.

Department of Defense organizations across Europe.

FC is searching for a dynamic addition to our team to lead our HR Department.

You are personable who thrives working on a small team and is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.

You are a working supervisor, supporting HR in all areas of the business to ensure all administration tasks are completed in a compliant manner.

Confidentiality is key in this role, as is quickly adapting to shifting priorities and projects.

This job description is not exhaustive.

Changes to the outline of the role is expected given the company’s current growth trajectory.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources is required; five (5) years is preferred Fluent in English, German skills preferred but not required Experience using a payroll platform e.g.

Quickbooks, iSolved/Dominion, DATEV Knowledgeable of US labor laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Experience working with the US military community and/or DoD government contracting is highly desirable but not required Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Develops, implements, and evaluates HR policies, procedures, and practices Creates and maintains comprehensive Employee Handbook Assists in developing performance appraisals Maintains employee records, schedules, and timesheets Compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates Processes payroll for all countries within which French Consulting operates Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems Joins Program Managers/Operation Managers during counseling sessions and maintains protocol for records Reviews and finalizes all documentation provided by HR Administrative Assistants prior to distribution Advises leadership of organizational policy matters, as well as state and federal regulations, and recommend changes to ensure legal compliance and effective human resource practices Owns the on-boarding/orientation and off-boarding/exit interviewing programs Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions if the need arises Participates in HR projects e.g.

holiday parties, family days Prepares and improves HR systems for continuous organizational growth Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Promotes a positive company culture Performs other related duties as assigned APPLICATION PROCESS For more information, go to our website.
