The Role

The Senior Director Sales takes the overall responsibility for revenue growth within the existing customer base, building a scalable organization, increasing customer lifetime value, and providing targeted coaching to Account Executives (AEs) to maximize expansion, cross-sell, and upsell revenue.


Responsibilities

* Development and execution of the growth strategy for the existing business
* Building a high-performing, scalable sales organization
* Driving revenue growth through systematic cross-selling and upselling
* Coaching and performance management of AEs with a clear focus on quota and revenue targets
* Pipeline analysis, deal reviews, and active support in closing strategic deals
* Close collaboration with Managing Director (MD) Sales and the CRO to manage ARR, Net Revenue Retention, and growth targets


Profile

* Proven track record in building and leading revenue teams (SaaS / digital tech)
* Experience in consulting (digital transformation) or in scaled SaaS sales with top performance
* Strong analytical and management skills (KPIs, forecasting, pipeline health)
* Hunter mentality, strategic business builder, hands-on executor
* Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail, logistics, life sciences, or healthcare is a plus
* Fluent German and Business English language skills
