The Digital Customer Office team is driving the Simplification and harmonization of SAP’s Customers Digital Experience. Everything starts with the customer first, identifying the best Customer Journey which means aligning, merging or integrating SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey. THE ROLE
We are looking for full time student to work closely with the Digital Customer Office and Business Analysts to provide data driven reporting and insights to the organization. You will be a key member of a working team assembled from across the Digital Experience Solutions organization to develop a cost/benefit model that will be used to drive investments in improving the digital experience for SAP customers. This internship will enable you to look at the business from the customers’ perspective and gain valuable experience to better position you for career positions if this is the path that you seek to pursue.
As this is a development opportunity not all skills are necessary for consideration, but the candidate should demonstrate that this is part of his/her/their active development plan:
* Identify the source location and availability of identified data sets
* Collect and analyze the data trends
* Evaluate the data collected through internal systems, business process, surveys, and workshops
* Produce reports using the data/analytics you have sourced in support of your team
* Share key observations with the working team that can inform data driven decisions for improvements to the digital customer experience
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
* Ability to extract data from disparate sources and systems
* Good statistical knowledge and background
* Strong communication skills to interpret customer or internal business needs and to produce consumable content (PowerPoint presentations)
* Six sigma/lean methodology training
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
