About LAT Pilot Academy
Lufthansa Aviation Training Pilot Academy (LAT PA) is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training group of companies and is responsible, under the umbrella brand European Flight Academy, for the ab-initio training of airline transport pilots. While aspiring pilots receive their theoretical training at the Bremen location, the practical flight training takes place in Rostock-Laage.

1. Independent implementation of daily & monthly crew deployment planning for flight instructors & flight students
2. Monitoring flight duty/rest periods & the training process
3. Being a contact person for operational planning & disruptions in flight operations
4. Planning maintenance intervals in collaboration with the technical department
5. Monitoring the expiry times of licenses & authorizations as well as planning flight-related
6. checks & training courses
7. Maintenance of flight operations/training documents
8. Data preparation & creation of statistics in the area of flight operations/planning
9. Ensuring the flow of information to interfaces
10. Invoice processing
11. Support in maintaining the office infrastructure & application management
12. Support/organization & implementation of meetings & events
13. Completed commercial vocational training or completed studies
14. Experience in crew deployment planning or scheduling desirable
15. Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
16. Ability to work in a team and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment and fulfill various tasks
17. Ability to work independently, reliably and proactively
18. Very good verbal and written communication skills
19. Good command of written and spoken English
20. Confident use of common MS Office applications
21. Willingness to travel occasionally
