Mission Overview
The selected candidate will play a key role in a major onboarding and transformation project within the asset servicing sector, focusing on Transfer Agent (TA) processes and related systems. The role involves both functional and technical expertise, supporting business analysis, solution design, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze project needs and formalize them into Project Initiation Documentation (PID)
* Participate in solution design and testing of new functionalities
* Monitor and control changes associated with the project, including reporting
* Analyze and test new connectivity solutions, including SWIFT and SFTP
* Conduct trailer fees analysis and testing
• Provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multi-funds TA and related systems)
* Organize and deliver documentation to support process evolution and production rollout
* Support business and onboarding activities, including training sessions for stakeholders
* Evaluate risks and define risk mitigation strategies
* Produce user guides and continuously update the knowledge database
Technical Environment
* Hardware: PC Laptop
* Software: Microsoft Office Suite, TA system applications (e.g., Multifonds TA, etc)
* Connectivity: SWIFT, SFTP, NSCC
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in Transfer Agent (TA) processes, including end-to-end operational workflows and reporting
* Strong knowledge of SWIFT and SFTP connectivity
* Experience with Multifonds TA, trailer fees, NSCC, reconciliations, and KPI reporting
* Operational expertise in TA and related business analysis
• Project management skills
* Ability to organize and deliver training and documentation
* Excellent communication skills in both French and English
