Join our global Intellectual Property Team and support us as a Senior Patent Manager - Litigation (f/m/d). What You Can Expect You will take the lead in handling patent-related support for new product launches and lifecycle management of existing products, making independent strategic decisions. You will spearhead the coordination of nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings, working closely with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party technical rights. In patent infringement lawsuits and interim injunction proceedings, you will lead the defense strategy and collaborate with external counsel to safeguard STADA’s interests. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing risk assessments and strategic guidance on market launches involving patent-related risks. You will develop and implement sophisticated defense strategies as well as proactively shape patent strategies for critical product launches. Who We Are Looking For A degree in chemistry or pharmacy is required. You are a qualified patent attorney or patent assessor with a strong track record in patent litigation. You bring extensive experience in European and German patent law, particularly in litigation and contentious matters. You have demonstrated expertise in managing complex patent disputes and can independently drive litigation strategies. Previous experience in the patent department of an industrial company or a top-tier law firm is highly desirable. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential; German proficiency is an advantage.
