The Corporate Security Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's security systems. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
The role involves monitoring mailboxes, responding to internal and external requesters, and supporting the Corporate Security department with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with advanced MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Issuance of Visitor Passes: Manage daily visitor passes and pre-exemption requests to ensure compliance with authorities' requirements.
* Enhanced Background Checks: Assist with airport badge procedures for external providers and coordinate company visits.
* Mailbox Monitoring: Respond to internal and external requesters and handle confidential data with care.
* Access Control Systems: Manage access control systems and privileges for employees, contractors, visitors, and other parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Secondary education or equivalent (A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
* Bachelor's degree advantageous
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and decision-making skills
* Confidential data handling abilities
* Ability to navigate complex processes
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Autonomy and teamwork comfort
* Fluency in English and French; additional languages beneficial
