This position plays a key role in supporting Nordic businesses as they scale their digital presence through Google Ads and advanced PPC solutions. You will work directly with high-potential clients guiding them through onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization while strengthening long-term partnerships and delivering measurable performance growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and create high-performing Google Ads campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote digital solutions and close sales opportunitiesli>
* Identify customer goals and build tailored advertising strategies
* Drive product adoption, increase account spend, and manage upselling
* Analyze campaign performance and support long‑term digital strategies
* Maintain accurate CRM records and handle a high volume of client interactions
* Collaborate closely with the Nordic market to support business growth
Requirements
* C2 Danish + C1 English
* At least 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing
* Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
* Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
* Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
