As an AI/ML Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative AI and machine learning solutions that address the complex business challenges of T-Systems enterprise clients. Combining deep technical expertise with strong consultative skills, youll bridge the gap between customer requirements and robust, scalable AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML solution designs.Architect, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning systems, with an emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies
2. Lead technical workshops and proofs of concept, demonstrating the value of AI/ML solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
3. Customize and deploy AI-driven solutions, integrating with clients existing IT landscapes and ensuring regulatory and security compliance
4. Stay up to date with the latest research, tools, and frameworks in AI and machine learningquickly experiment with new approaches and technologies
5. Analyze data to extract actionable insights and inform the development, deployment, and tuning of AI models.Work closely with internal cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, sales, and product managementto deliver tailored client solutions
6. Support business development efforts with technical expertise in pre-sales engagements, helping to scope and shape new AI opportunities
7. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML solution design, implementation, or consulting roles
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
9. Advanced programming ability in Python and familiarity with modern development workflows
10. Practical experience with LLMs and popular AI/ML frameworks: Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlowexpertise with RAG frameworks such as LlamaIndex or LangChain is highly valued
11. Proven record integrating APIs and deploying scalable, low-latency machine learning solutions into production
12. Ability to rapidly digest new information from research papers and blogs, apply it, and drive system enhancements
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German with the ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
14. Previous client-facing experience and/or involvement in technical pre-sales is a plus
