The Gestionnaire/Analyste Administratif is a key position within the bank's lending department, playing a crucial part in the analysis and implementation of credit files and guarantees.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyzing and implementing credit files and guarantees to support business growth and minimize risks.
* Drafting loan and guarantee documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, credit risk, notaries, lawyers, and real estate experts to achieve project objectives.
* Monitoring and updating valuations of real estate, risk indicators, and covenants to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
* Participating in project deployments within the lending department to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks.
