Your tasks
6. Technical advice and customer support from inquiry to invoicing
7. Creation, tracking and processing of offers and orders
8. Supporting the field service team with technical questions and finding solutions
9. Technical assistance during commissioning or in service via remote support
10. Complaint management including recording, analysis and coordination of measures
11. Close cooperation with the headquarters in Italy and international subsidiaries
12. Participation in sales activities and internal projects for process improvement
Your profile
13. Successfully completed technical training (e.g., electrical technician, engineer, master craftsman) or comparable qualification
14. Solid knowledge in the field of mechatronics, generators, voltage regulators or control systems
15. Relevant professional experience in technical sales or technical customer support
16. Proficient use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP
17. Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, for international correspondence.
18. Willingness to travel for a two-week training period at the headquarters in Italy
19. Analytical thinking, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a strong team spirit.
