Beschreibung

Infosys is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with extensive network management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services to our clients. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, managing service performance, and leading a team of IT professionals. Required Qualifications: Experience in Information Technology. Experience managing large and complex program deliveries Preferred Qualifications: Strong client interfacing skills; must be able to interact with client and 3rd party supplier senior management. Able to manage issues across 3rd parties, coordination with ecosystem suppliers to develop consensus. Management of risk/issues, dependency management, project planning. Ability to analyze data, structure results and present only relevant summarized information in a useful format for a management audience. Well versed with best practices in datacenter, infrastructure, cloud and workplace services. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with network engineers to design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions. Ensure network security protocols and compliance with industry standards. Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary. Develop and refine service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to discuss performance, feedback, and areas for enhancement. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget constraints. Coordinate project resources and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of IT service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure continuous skill development through training and professional development opportunities. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
