What are your contributions to the team?
9. Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
10. Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
11. Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
12. Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
13. Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
14. Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
15. Expedite open purchase orders with our suppliers;
16. Support logistic agents with the completion of slides and documentation for vendor PMR;
17. Help with other related tasks;
How to thrive in this role?
18. You are enrolled in a bachelor program in business administration, or another related field;
19. You have the ability to work independently
20. You have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
21. You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken
