Job Title: Senior Manager PMI Excellence
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the integration and separation of our business units, processes, and systems. As a Senior Manager PMI Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's post-merger integration strategy.
* You will develop and implement comprehensive approaches for integrating new business segments, leveraging newly defined company standards for PMI processes and tools.
* The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and separation of systems, processes, and technologies.
* They will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
* Regular progress reviews and status reports will be conducted to ensure alignment with our overall strategy and objectives.
A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven experience as a post-merger integration/separation manager in a mid-large sized matrix organization or as a consultant, with at least 10 years of working experience, is essential. Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams, excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are critical.
