We invite applications for a 75% Research Associate position (TV-L E13 equivalent) combined with the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree within a cooperative doctoral framework with the University of Bamberg.
The doctoral project is thematically embedded in the field of Innovation Leadership, with a specific research focus on Program Coordination, Executive Education Development, and Academic Innovation Structures. The PhD topic is directly linked to the practical and research-related responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities
* Coordinative support and further development of the PhD program
* Organization and facilitation of research colloquia and academic formats
* Contribution to the structural development of Executive Programs
* Academic development of innovation and leadership modules
* Participation in innovation research projects within the field of Innovation Leadership
* Interface function between academic leadership, doctoral candidates, and institutional partners
Doctoral Qualification
The position serves the purpose of academic qualification (PhD). The doctoral thesis will focus on:
Innovation Leadership with emphasis on PhD program development and Executive Education Development
Degrees awarded
PhD (University Bamberg) & Diploma of European Innovation (AME - ECH)
Structured supervision and integration into an interdisciplinary research environment are provided.
Salary
The position is remunerated in reference to approximately 75% TV-L E13. In the first year, the fixed salary is €3,000 per month.
Profile
* Excellent Master’s degree (preferably in the humanities or social sciences, with a strong research background)
* Strong interest in innovation research and academic program development
* Structured, independent, and highly organized working style
* Strong analytical skills and motivation for academic research
* Very good command of English

Applicants must hold a completed university degree (Bachelor and Master or equivalent) corresponding to at least 300 ECTS credits in total. A minimum grade of 2.0 or better (or equivalent) is required in both degrees. Relevant proof (transcripts and degree certificates) must be included in the application.
