Your tasks
As a central pillar in our projects, you will take on diverse and responsible tasks:
6. Project planning and coordination: you will be responsible for the structured planning, implementation and monitoring of HR IT projects, taking schedules and resources into account.
7. Communication & stakeholder management: You will maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in order to understand requirements, manage expectations and keep project progress transparent.
8. Risk management: You identify potential risks at an early stage and develop strategies to minimize risks to ensure successful project completion.
9. Team leadership & motivation: You motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth collaboration and goal achievement.
10. Quality control: You ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the entire project cycle.
Your profile
11. Completed technical or university degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics, economics or similar)
12. Initial experience and knowledge of classic and/or agile project management methods
13. Good knowledge of HR processes
14. Proven experience of at least two implementations of HR IT solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Personio, BambooHR or similar)
15. Fluency in German (written and spoken)
16. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
17. Certifications such as PMI, Prince2, ITIL are an advantage
18. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
19. Very good communication skills
20. Strong team orientation and the ability to motivate and lead teams
21. Structured and organized way of working
22. Basic understanding of IT technologies and infrastructures
