Job Description
2. You will be responsible for owning and driving a wide range of finance-related projects (business planning, setting up booking/mapping logics, driving efficiencies by further automating processes, etc.)
3. You will take over the preparation, review, and coordination of annual statements and audits
4. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks with internal teams as well as external partners
5. You will be significantly involved in regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
6. You will further develop internal finance processes
Qualifications
7. You have some years of experience in financial accounting (HGB, RechKredV) and management accounting (reporting and budgeting)
8. You have first-hand experience in preparing (consolidated) annual financial statements and the auditing process
9. You are familiar with tax related accounting matters, VAT
10. You have experience working in the financial industry/banking
11. You have an organizational talent with a quick grasp of things coupled with a very precise way of working and high problem-solving skills
12. You are strong team player with a strength in communication skills as well as analytical thinking
13. You have experience in leading teams
14. You are fluent in English and German
